The Cluster Picnic originally scheduled for June 9, 2012 has been rescheduled to September 8, 2012. We will remind residents in the Summer Newsletter. In order to have a successful picnic, we will need volunteers, namely someone (or multiple residents) who can volunteer their grills in order to cook food. If you are able to volunteer, please contact Sequoia Management or the Board of Directors as soon as possible.
At Vintage Place's Annual Meeting of Homeowners on Monday, October 3, 2011 the Board of Directors presented a landscaping enhancement plan for discussion and input from homeowners. For review are the Phasing Recommendations for the plan as well as a Site Map of the cluster. If you have questions, please email BOD@vintageplace.org.
Please refer to the new Landscaping link for more details and information on the work being done in the cluster. We will provide updates to that page as work is completed.
