Committees

If you are sick of snow and want to have some fun then the Outreach Committee is right for you. This committee is all about having fun. Get to know your neighbors and contribute to the community. This past year, we completed our first Neighborhood BBQ, First Community Yard Sale, and another one is being planned for this year.

Beside the community events, the Outreach Committee has put together this website to better serve the community interests in a more efficient way.

Lanscape Committee

Do you love plants? Do you love the Outdoors? If the background picture is not for you then the Lanscape Committee is right for you. Not only does the committee have input in what needs to be planted, uprooted and reseeded; the Landscape Committee has first dibs on what needs to be done to improve the community.

Our Landscape Committee makes a difference in the way the community looks and the way people look at the community. This committee takes major credit for the number of potential new homebuyers that frequent the property.
